Place a piece of waxed paper down to protect your surface. Mix 2 parts glue to 1 part water into bowl. Tear tissue paper into small 1 - 2 inch pieces and set aside. Now coat a section of the foam ball with the glue mixture and cover with pieces of the torn tissue paper. Coat over the tissue with glue to smooth down - it's okay to overlap the pieces. Continue this until the ball is completely covered. While ball is still wet, give it a quick light sprinkle of glitter. Let ball dry completely, make sure to turn the ball every 10-15 min to ensure that it dries on all sides.
After ball is dried, we are going to stick the pipe cleaners in to create the rays. Cut the pipe cleaners in and stick them into the foam ball in a row. Continue this till a row of rays are around the ball. Now you can either leave the pipe cleaners straight or you can get creative and make them bent or spiraled. Add a pony bead to the end of each pipe cleaner and twist to secure. Now tie a length of yarn or string to one of the attached pipe cleaners and you can hang your Sun to brighten any room!!

Groundhog Tunnel Game
Have the children line up in a row. To make the tunnel, have them stand close together with their legs apart. Have the last person in the row start the game.
Have the first groundhog crawl through the tunnel on his or her stomach. When the groundhog reaches the end of the tunnel, have him or her stand up & become a part of the tunnel while a new groundhog starts wiggling and giggling through.

Using an Ellison machine or a pattern of your own, cut out 10-15 snowflakes per wreath. Use all the different colors. Glue the snowflakes around the cut out rim of the paper plate. Add bits of shredded foil, and/or glitter to add some sparkle your wreath. A bow can also be added. Looks very cute hanging from ceiling or as a door decoration!
