  • Depending on the age of the children you can pre-cut standing bunny shapes out of tag board or let them trace a template and cut it themselves.

    Give each child two bunnies (left side view and Right side view. Let the children decorate the two halves with whatever they choose. Mine painted them and added eggshell art to dress them up.

    At the back tail area you glue/tape/staple, half a toilet paper roll you can scallop the top edge or peak it. This is decorated prior to gluing. The toilet paper roll gets the cotton ball glued onto it.

    At the front, the two halves are glued together with a red pompom for a nose between them.

    Dye the hard boiled eggs and let the children finish them with non-toxic markers. The egg is then placed in its holder at the back of the bunny. You can use Easter grass in the toilet paper roll holder to be more festive.

    The most important thing is to remember to have fun and enjoy what you are doing.
