Depending on the age of the children you can pre-cut standing bunny shapes out of tag board or let them trace a template and cut it themselves.
Give each child two bunnies (left side view and Right side view. Let the children decorate the two halves with whatever they choose. Mine painted them and added eggshell art to dress them up.
At the back tail area you glue/tape/staple, half a toilet paper roll you can scallop the top edge or peak it. This is decorated prior to gluing. The toilet paper roll gets the cotton ball glued onto it.
At the front, the two halves are glued together with a red pompom for a nose between them.
Dye the hard boiled eggs and let the children finish them with non-toxic markers. The egg is then placed in its holder at the back of the bunny. You can use Easter grass in the toilet paper roll holder to be more festive.
The most important thing is to remember to have fun and enjoy what you are doing.

Groundhog Tunnel Game
Have the children line up in a row. To make the tunnel, have them stand close together with their legs apart. Have the last person in the row start the game.
Have the first groundhog crawl through the tunnel on his or her stomach. When the groundhog reaches the end of the tunnel, have him or her stand up & become a part of the tunnel while a new groundhog starts wiggling and giggling through.

Using an Ellison machine or a pattern of your own, cut out 10-15 snowflakes per wreath. Use all the different colors. Glue the snowflakes around the cut out rim of the paper plate. Add bits of shredded foil, and/or glitter to add some sparkle your wreath. A bow can also be added. Looks very cute hanging from ceiling or as a door decoration!
Take a tortilla, spread with cream cheese, then sprinkle some shredded cheese on top. Chop tomato & lettuce and sprinkle on. Spoon on some taco sauce, roll up and secure with a toothpick. Put in oven or microwave until cheese melts. Cut & serve!
