Butterfly Flyer
a straw
yarn
construction paper (3 colors)
tissue paper
glitter
crayons
Take the yarn (about 3 ft.long)and thread through the straw and back down the outside of the straw and tie(you can now shorten the yarn if need be by pulling the yarn through the straw). Draw a butterfly outline on the construction paper (one of each color) and cut out. Decorate with pieces of tissue paper, glitter and crayons. Put a small hole at each end of each butterfly and thread the yarn through these holes. Place a knot at the end of the yarn so the butterflies do not slip off. You now can go outside and by holding onto the straw 'fly' your butterflies around.
