Draw a design (circle, triangle, square, etc) on a small piece of cardboard (you can even use the bottom of a paper grogery bag, a folder, a shoe box top, etc. will do). Have child or adult cut out shape. Using white glue, glue colored construction paper of the same shape to the cardboard. Let dry. Draw a line down the center of the shape with paint or glitter pens. Write the words 'CLEAN' on the top half of the line, and 'DIRTY' on the bottom half. Be sure that the words are upside down from each other. Have child paint over the writing with paint, or color with crayons, or glitter pens. Use stickers to decorate. Glue or hot glue maganet (if not self- attachable) on the back of shape. Hang on dishwasher and have child turn magnet to "clean" or "dirty"!
