Have kids color 4 or more Halloween coloring sheets. Cut out the images and arrange them on the large black construction paper then glue them. When the glue is dry laminate the sheets.
Take the card board rings and cut them to size. Cut a long piece of yarn that you can wrap all around the napkin ring. Take black yarn, glue a tip end inside the ring and start wrapping the yarn all arond the cardboard ring until it is completely covered with yard. Glue the end piece inside. Decorate the the napkin ring with Halloween stickers.
