Have you said "You're a great helper!" to a child today?
Hand print/picture
We are in the military and our neighbors have moved to another base, our two year olds played together all the time. A few weeks before they left we took a picture of the kids sitting together. We had each child put their hand prints on a 5 x 7 piece of construction paper, cut the picture out to fit and placed it in the middle. Then over each hand print we printed the child's name. Under the picture we put the base and state. Now they have a special momento to remeber each other by plus it is something that they made together. This could also be something that kids could do for their parents, aunts, uncles or especially grandparents.
