Leprechaun Pudding and Search
  • pistachio pudding
  • milk
  • miniature marshmallows
  • Kebler elf cookies
  • Prepare pistachio pudding with milk and add marshmallows. Refrigerate until thickens and cools. Place in clear plastic cups and put a Kebler elf cookie on top.

Go on a leprechaun hunt through out the school building. At specific locations have children read notes telling them to go somewhere else that the leprechauns were more clever than they were. Finally, tell the children you are giving up and going back to the room. There are no leprechauns to find. When they get back to the room have a letter on the board from the leprechauns and the leprechaun pudding on their desk. The children will have a great time using their imagination and pretending that they got pudding and cookies from the leprechauns. They will also practice their reading skills while searching for leprechauns.
