Lime Jello Salad
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 cup boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 cups small marshmallows
1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup shredded coconut
Dissolve Jello in water. Quickly add cream cheese and mix well. Add pineapple (juice and all). Add marshmallows, Cool Whip and coconut. Refrigerate until set.
