For St. Patrick's Day, you can have younger children sort the cereal, pink hearts, yellow moons, orange stars, green clovers, blue diamonds and purple horseshoes into separate cups, eating what they'd like as they go.
Older children can then count how many marshmallows are in each cup, and make a bar graph to compare the numbers.
