Magical Leprechaun Pudding
  • white vanilla pudding
  • yellow and blue food coloring
  • clear ziploc baggie
  • bowl/cup
  • spoon
  • green sugar crystals
  • This is a yummy snack for St. Patrick's Day and a great little science experiment for the wee ones too!

Spoon some (white) vanilla pudding in a clear ziploc baggie. Add a few drops of yellow and a few drops of blue food coloring to the pudding. Zip the bag closed and let each child gently squish the bag until the "magic" begins. The pudding should change from white/yellow/blue to green. After the pudding magically changes, cut a small hole in the corner of the baggie and squeeze the pudding into a cup or bowl. Add some green sugar crystals and enjoy!!!
