1 1/2 lbs ground beef,1/2 a can of spinach (drained and cut up),1 6 oz can of tomato sauce OR tomato paste,1 egg,1/4 tsp each of garlic power and onion powder,bread crumbs(enough to form into firm balls).Mix all ingredients in a medium or large mixing bowl until well blended. Place balls of "meatloaf" into muffin tins and then press down firmly. Makes one big loaf or about 2 dozen mini meatloaves! Bake in a preheated oven at 350-375 degreees for an hour for one loaf and half an hour for mini meatloaves (check for doneness). *****My daughter is 2 1/2 and this is a GREAT way to get veggies into her without her knowing it! She likes it so much with the spinach and tomato sauce that she won't eat regular burgers now!*** ENJOY!
