Have each child take a plate punch two holes at opposite ends and tie yarn so that the "Hat" can be secured and tied under the child's chin. Then set out all the supplies... Have the children take different things to decorate their hats. They can add flowers in the center, punch holes around the edges and hang cut out shapes from yarn tied through the holes, they can make their own tissue paper flowers and glue them to the hat and add glitter for some sparkle. Let them be creative, and have fun!!
