Cut bell pepper in half (short way), & remove seeds. Dip open half in green tempera paint, and create beautiful prints that resemble shamrocks! (You can create several shades of green by mixing w/ white or a touch of black. I find it easiest to mix paint on small paper plates, & use for dipping)!!
