Walk the Plank
  • 2"x4"x8' boards
  • blindfold
  • flags
  • For older children:
Lay the boards out end to end in a zig zag pattern (usually 3 boards). Place the mask on the child. Place a bucket of flags (can be handkercheifs) at the end of the planks. The object is to go from one end of the planks to the next (blindfolded), and bring back a flag in the shortest amount of time. Each time the player steps off - they need to go back to the start.
    For younger players:
Lay out the boards in more of a straight pattern. Don't use the blindfold - and make the object to go from one end, grab a flag and make it back. They shouldn't be timed.

Optional for both ages: you can also set up two courses and make teams!
