Hey chicky!

I know I’ve been out of touch, seems like forever. Been busy, and tired and not feeling well and so on!!! And my ‘puter is not being nice, so a lot of evenings I don’t even turn it on for fear I’ll throw it out the window! LOL

I’ve also been posting on bridal message boards a lot. Since that’s kind of what I’m focused on at the moment. I don’t want to bore the IBer’s with my excitement about wedding planning or talk about only it!!!

Oh, and I’ve also started selling on ebay and that’s taking up tons of time!!! But, I’m making extra money, so that’s ok with me!!! I finally found a way to fund my “habit”! Now, as soon as I sell something, I have the money in my paypal account and I can turn around and buy something! ROFL It’s working out perfectly!! J I’ve made quite a bit selling my fat clothes from when I lost all the weight this time last year, and Reece’s outgrown clothes. Next I’m going to start with all the duplicate household stuff we have from Terry moving in. Selling on ebay is soooooooo much better than having a yard sale!!! You don’t have to get up early on a Sat AND, instead of the prices you have marked being bartered down, people actually bid more!!!!! Talk about win/win!!! LOL

How are things at your end? Hope all’s well. I’ll try to get on IB this weekend!! Thanks for thinking of me!!!!

Thanks for missing me! LOL I've missed this place too, just been really busy and have found myself caught up with bridal message boards! I didn't want to bore y'all with all of the little details, which is mainly what I've been discussing on the bride boards!
I didn't even realize the correlation between the hurricanes and when I started slacking here. We were very lucky and idn't have much bad weather at all. And Destin, where we're getting married didn't have any damage either! :yippee:

As far as the main plans go, it's all pretty much the same. I've gotten so much done in advance, my coordinator said we're good to go until next year :lol: !! The date is officially September 17, 2005 in Destin, FL. The ceremony is on the beach (barefoot!) at sunset with a tiki torch aisleway and a harpist (soooo cool!!). Then we're having the reception on a boat on Destin Harbor. I think it's really going to be fun b/c it's such a small group we'll be able to enjoy everything. We're doing heavy hors d'houvres and we'll have a dj and a bar. And since it's only family and a couple of close friends, no one will feel uneasy. Oh, and the bridesmaid I was worried about has made some really great changes in her life and things are going smoothly for her and her daughter. She dumped the @$$hole finally and is seeing a wonderful guy. And even though we're both so busy, she's being more communicative b/c she doesn't feel she has anything to hide or be ashamed of (I'm guessing, it's my theory anyway! LOL).
I've been having a blast making the decorations, etc for the reception in FL and the one we're having here when we get back from the honeymoon! I can't believe everything is falling into place so easily! If you really want the mundane details of the decorations I'm making, I'll be glad to post them, but I don't want to bore you guys!!!! (I can bore the one's on the bride boards b/c they're doing the same! :lol: )

LOL You can get great flight deals from priceline.com ;) and
my colors are deep orange and yellow, so they'll accenuate her fur nicely! :lol:

I posted a couple of pictures on the photo site, a few of the boat where we're having the beach reception and one of our cake. I've also started a website for our wedding planning and so that people can keep up with when, where, etc., since we're having another reception here when we get back from the honeymoon. I haven't really done much on it yet. Once I get more info, I can send the link if you want!
