Or anyone who can help!

I have picked at my cuticles so bad that they have been bleeding. I have a miracle cuticle cream from AVon that I love but it stings to much to use at this point...any suggestions on how to help them heal up?

put vaseline all over your hands/cuticles and then put on a pair of gloves.

I'm a nail biter when I'm stressed or nervous. I find that if I keep my nails (stubby as they are! ) polished, I'm less likely to mess with them. I don't usually have problems with my cuticles. Are you wearing hand lotion during the day to keep your hands from becoming dry? Nail biting is a terrible habit...I've been working hard in the past year or so to keep my hands away from my mouth. When I think about all of the germs...it grosses me out!
