Will this week ever end?

What a week! I've had a school board meeting, PTO meeting, choir concert, band concert, and a graduation tomorrow. On the up side, I may actually figure out how to work the new VCR. :lol:

Ann, I'm with you. Why do they plan all these activities the last 2 weeks of school. Spread out the fun a little. Of course the 2nd week of the month is my meetings month anyway. But except for the hamburger helper I haven't seen my stove in over a week.

Well... my week is done and over with, at least as far as work is concerned. My mom's (hopefully last) surgery is today so I took the day off in order to be there with my mom and dad. The surgery isn't scheduled until 3:30 so their going to drive over to our house and then we'll drive them to the hospital. I can't believe that my one sister who never seems to give a darn is actually going to be there today too... !!! I'm really glad to see that she's putting herself out this time and at least seeming to make an effort. My other sister and her dh already had a planned trip to Florida during this time and won't be able to be there, but they'll be home tomorrow (Saturday) so... at least they'll be home soon. I have no idea how long she'll be in the hospital but I'm hoping that she'll be out at least on Sunday... (Mother's day) Ugh... she just called and they just rescheduled it for 1:30... ugh!!! I wish they'd make up their minds. Better go. Take care and I hope that everybody has a good day!

yea, but we go back August 15 :(


btw..isn't it your sister that says it isn't humid here? Tell her at 6:30 this am it was 66 degrees and 99% humidity and sunny!!!

We get out June 8 here, but we don't go back until Sept. :) I guess it all balances out. Dh does start fb practice in August though, so that always signals the end of summer for me.

Yea, that's my sis - I can't wait to tell her! LOL Thanks! :D
