Has anyone heard of an "accu-cut" or "exacu-cut"...

or something like that? I think it is a device that will cut out any shape or size or material exactly to the measurements of the original. It is not an exacto knife. I might have been dreaming this invention up...but I think I really read it somewhere. Thanks for your help guys.

I saw it in a scrapbooking magazine. You're not crazy:) It's called Accu-Cut. They have a website: www.accucut.com. They say in their ad that it is sold in local craft stores too.
