storming here big time!!! didn't want to get out of bed! Ds doesn't go to school till 10:40 today cause the upper grades are still testing, and he only goes till 1.....why bother???
DD has her long day, tutoring right after school, then straight to theater till 6:30.

Work today then getting my hair highlighted and cut tonight. Hope I remember to tape Survivor!!! Did I tell ya'll my Dad is coming out for the weekend? He gets out at 4:30 tomorrow til some time Sunday. I can't wait to see him!!! It's been 3 weeks today!

I know you are all going to be so totally jealous..... I get to go to see Dora the Explorer Live this morning. Oh I can see you all turning green over it. I just love a theatre full of pre-schoolers screaming.... swiper no swiping!! rofl!!!!!!!! Well, I crack myself up!! I really am looking forward to watching my dd, she loves Dora!

We woke up to snow this morning. Not very much, just enough to be fun for the kids and not hazardous to drive. Yeah!

Angie, I would love to take ds3 to Dora. He loves that show.
Not sure what's going on today. I may run to the pharmacy here in town, check the mail and maybe the dollar store for decorating ideas for ds2's b-day party next weekend.
Still waiting for someone to email a good, recent pic of fil for the photo cake. Store needs it by noon today. No one could find one of him young. They must be at his sisters and hard for her to find right now. The ones I have all have a kid on his knee and they are hard to crop so his wife is looking.

My day to drive the kids to school. I've got one who's coughing SO bad. 8o She was diagnosed with strep on Tuesday, they kept them home yesterday and she's been on her medication for over 24 hours, so she can be back today... but I'm already so sick of listening to her cough, it's just awful! They brought her nebulizer so have to put her on that. I hate to keep complaianing about this family but... I can't believe they brought her. 8o 8o 8o

Ugh... 8o I just got done talking with my mom. AS I'm talking with her... she forgets that she left her diswasher door open, trips and falls over it, landing face first on her carpet. When she left she said she had a bloody nose. Wouldn't you know she'd have to do it today when I've got day care kids and I can't get over there. I'll have to call her in a bit to see how she's doing.

Anyway... hopefully the rest of my day will be uneventful. Looking forward to a nice/quiet night today. Survivor and a few other good shows I want to watch.

Bev, That's great about your dad.

We've finished painting my old room so that dds2 and 3 can move in, but first all the paint has to be scraped off the floor. (If dh had painted there'd be no cleanup, but the girls and I tackled it alone....amateur hour! LOL) I have a couple of odds and ends to take care of, but I'm resting up for the big furniture move. Our new bedroom furniture is coming tomorrow, so every domino has to fall in order.

Had a few moments to myself this morning so thought I'd pop in and say hi!
I hope all is well with everyone, to many posts to go thru since I was last here.

Dgd has been sick lately, and here alot, so I haven't been able to do much when she's here since she just wants to be held, hopefully she will be over this soon and back to her old cheery self.

Have a few weekends off now from gymnastics, which is nice to try and catch my breath again! Dd has been doing very well at competitions this year, except for her last one she probably shouldn't have been competing she had a fever for a couple of days before the meet, but she thought she was okay to compete, but her results showed otherwise! Have been very proud of her beam she has a gold medal on it from every meet but the last. She added in a very cool pose where she hangs her upper body off the beam and gets up out of it so gracefully, I think that is whats putting her mark over the top. Have also been dealing with some frustrating gym stuff, we have been trying to get a new facility and have been fighting with the town over a building that is perfect for us and rarely used by anyone else, it is losing the town thousands of $ per year but the say they won't rent it to a sole group, so then we offered to purchase, but they just came about again with a no!so frustrating!!!(sorry to have bored you!)

Angie - have fun, I remember taking dd#2 to a few preschool concerts, I really did enjoy it.

Thanks for asking... I called her a little bit ago and she said she's got a pretty good rug burn above her eye, on the tip/side of her nose and a little on her lip. She said she feels okay, just doesn't "look" the best. I wish I didn't have all these kids here... I'd go see for myself how she's doing. I'm sure when we take her out Friday night with us we'll get some pretty wicked looks. (as if were pushing her around/beating her up. LOL)

Sorry to hear about your friend. I'll be thinking about her and keeping her in my prayers. Keep us updated. :)

Well thursday ia nearly over here. I have not been able to do anything today as i have been bad with my asthma so i have basically sat down all day and had a nebulizer every 4 hours. Phoned my doctors and have yet another supply of steriods to take. Hopefully they will start working soon and then i can avoid having to go to hospital for oxygen. I wish they could do more but hey there are a lot of people out there who are a lot worse of than me.
Anyway enough of my problems.
I hope everyone is happy and as well as can be

Sorry Kazzy about your asthma......I never had that problem but I heard it can be terrible to deal with when it acts up. IT is only 1:30 here so I am getting ready to go and grab the kids. I volunteered at the school today and took my mind off things alittle bit.

Oh my!! so many things troubling everybody. Prayers being sent for restored health to all!!

Wasn't feeling the greatest tonight myself. It was 8 o'clock before we had supper tonight and I think I just got too hungry before I ate.

Busy day as usual. I had to do my health check tonight (which is why I got home so late).
A friend is gone on a trip for a week so her oldest ds is spending the weekend with us. Dd # 1 has a root canal on Saturday AM and then wants to spend the night with a friend. I 'm not sure how well she will be feeling though!
The two oldest boys and dh bowl in a family tournament on Sat. in Grand Island, so that's how we will spend the rest of that day.

Preschool and daycare are keeping me plenty busy. I'm working on a trike/bike a thon for April and a puppet booth for the Kid's Fair in March. The (new) state inspector should show up anyday now. All this pressure!!!

It's getting late, I think I'll take a bubble bath and head to bed.

We went to Barney w/dd1, my mom took ds to Blues Clues. I actually enjoyed Dora. It was much better going to a early morning, weekday show because it was all preschoolers and they were pretty sedate. Dd had an absolute blast!
