Woke up early for some reason...hate that! LOL
Not much going on today. It's raining right now, so may just stay in.

Dh and dd's just left for music/sound/powerpoint practice at church, so it's just ds2 and I for a bit. With church, Sunday School, business meeting and Pioneer Kid's Club it seems like we'll be at church most of the day!!! 8o Hopefully there will be time to sneak in a little nap somewhere. :) Have a great day!

Slept late today. DH took ds to hockey. I'm leisurely enjoying my tea and then it will be laundry and vacuuming for me today.

Well, I woke up a few times, guess I have too much on the brain.. lolol Watching the grandkids today for a while. Will be attempting to do some work around here with them, but that could be a lost cause too .. lololol (most times it is).
Its sunny so they will be able to play outside. Its a little cool, but suppose to warm up some. Otherwise, just hanging out !!
Anyways... off to try to read a few more post and get busy and and oh well, whatever !! .. :roll:

Sunny here. It's suppose to get into the middle to upper 50's today. Nice for this time of the year. I've got to go get my car gassed up again and then thinking about going to Home Depot to look at area rugs for in the living room. I get rid of my old furniture on Thursday... so I'm hoping to have/find one by then.

Dawn/Sarah stopped over for about an hour last night so it was nice to see them. I can't believe how much Sarah changes each/every time I see her. Her hair is getting so long... saying a few more words (that you can hear/understand if you're really listening... LOL) She's an active little one... from one thing to another. I just love it when she's around.

Good Day Everyone! :roll: Not much planned for today. Just got up about an hour ago and going to go outside and clean up the yard to get ready to plant my 100 trees that should be coming soon. I am making a forest out of my backyard :rolleyes: We had woods in the back of our property line and the VFW decided they were going to take away the trees that leads up to our house because they wanted to put in a ball diamond (3) :bawling: and that was upsetting to us so we thought we would just make the best of the situation and order some fast growing trees and plant them. Well have to make this short, just looked out my bedroom window and looks like a van is caught on fire. Well will keep you posted!

Well it's 1:10 here and I just got my lazy butt out of bed an hour ago. Ah, that was nice. :) Dh is gone to have a nap now. lol
The party was great fun yesterday. I even held the tarantula. They really are very soft. My favorite was this pale little gecko he brought. It was adorable and I can't wait to get one. lol I told ds1 that he could have one when he's 12 and only if he can keep his room neat. 2 years to go and so far he's keeping it okay. Oh, and the boa constrictor was so big. He had all the kids line up so they could all hold it up for a picture. It was the only thing ds3 was willing to touch. Go figure it was the biggest. LOL
Lazy day ahead, still in my pj's. House is already cleaned up from the party and there is still lots of cake left (breakfast is ready). Maybe a load of laundry but that's it.

Good sunday morning!! Well, afternoon now I guess!

We went to church this morning and have been playing outside since we got home. It is beautiful outside! We came in for a little lunch then I hope to go back out.

The Funeral Services yesterday were very draining...my friend is doing as well
as she can....It was a long hard day for all.....Very nice service though.

I have at least finished the laundry, I need to clean the house and hit the market, but I am really leaning toward hitting the sheets for a few ZZZZZZZZZ.

They are a very popular zoo here in our city. Just do a search on reptile zoo to see if there is one in your area.

Well today has been mothers day here. So i have had a lovely card from my boys and a box of choclates (yummy). Put my feet up for a while then we went to my mums to give her her card and present (a bottle of wine and some posh bubble bath). We had a nice sunday roast and now its 9pm so we are going to settle down and find something to watch on the telly.
Enjoy the rest of your day and even though i dont think you have it i would like to wish all you mums a HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!

Late late night last night, so I slept in today. :) Dh's team won - but it was a close one and sooooo stressful - down by 12 in the 2nd half, but they came back and won by 4!!!!! One more game to win to make it to state. My sil and her 'gang' ended up spending the night and I think we ended up crashing around 3! They were on the road by 7. 8o Not much going on today - just catch up around the house and playing with dks. Beautiful day - think it's close to 60!!! :D

The snowblower and I just took another 4 inches of when-the-heck-is-Spring-gonna-get-here-@#$%@ snow off the driveway. I shouldn't complain too loudly though. I heard that Syracuse has had 50 inches over the last few weeks, and that it snowed for 17 days straight. I am NOT missing that commute. (but I still miss my friends and my job.............)

I went to Utica yesterday for the final cheerleading competition of this year. Dd3's team took a first place trophy, and they will have some good news to take to school Monday. I think the whole sport is so segmented, it drives me crazy. There are a million divisions and subdivisions. But I am pleased that the girls did so well. Not every team gets to finish the season with a win!!
