Good morning!! Brichard is off to bible study then work, the kids are all asleep. ahhh, quiet! lol

I am thinking about taking the kids up to see where dh works. It is rainy so it shouldn't be a problem for my carsick ds. I also need to clean house and do laundry.

Woke up way too early this morning. I hate it when I can finally sleep in and I'm wide awake at 6:00. LOL Going to help dh shovel all this nasty white $^%# we got yesterday, then off to pick my mom up to run our errands. I've got to pick up a few more things for my dck's for Easter and I also have to find a few things for my neices little boy. I'm hoping to find some cool looking kites and maybe some match book car's. I know he likes those. :)

Were invited to a surprise 50th birthday party tonight. I'm anxious to get out and actually DO something besides sitting around the house, which we've been doing way too much of lately. :rolleyes: I've also got to look through my recipes to find something to bring to my sister's house for Easter. She's serving Ham... any good idea's?

Beleive it or not, i am taking my family to the Hershey Chocolate Factory in Smith Falls today. i have lived in this area my entire life and still have yet to have visited this landmark. My daughter thinks i am completely crazy but is used to my antics. I should have brought her when she was little but now she is 13 its time for some good old fashion fun!
Will stock up on candy for Easter, and sample, and sample and maybe sample some more while I am there. Hey i have had a hard week, i deserve it!

Morning All!

Not much going ont this morning. Going to visit my cousins for dinner and of course my Dad had to come up so he'll get to meet dbf. :rolleyes: Niether of us is really ready for this. Hopefully we can make it a short visit. I just don't feel like dealing with my dad. Between him and my aunt they get so load and abnoxious. This was supposed to be a small dinner. Now it's a Major event. :nervous: I told dbf that if my family starts picking on me....DO NOT join in. My father loves to get people to join in.

Anyway that's the plan.

went out with two couples last night..too many margs!
DD has a rehearsal today she really needs to go to. Tonite she and DH have a father daughter girl scout dance. gonna see is DS wants to go to a movie. I need to clean house. my cousin is coming in town and everyone is coming over here for burgers tomorrow

got the bug. hope i feel well enough to go to church tonight. it is me and hubs one night away from the kids. i don't want to ruin iot with a sore throat and runny nose and massive headache. i am going to take my tylenol flu and go lay back down now that i got something on my stomach. hope everyone has a blessed saturday.

Nap sounds good to me! Ds2 didn't sleep at all last night. The croup was pretty bad. He kept trying to get a deep breath and then coughing like crazy. About 1:30 this morning he had a really bad coughing fit and threw up all over. :rolleyes: laundry, upholstery cleaning and bathing a sick babe are not my ideas of fun at that hour of the morning! :lol: He does seem to be feeling better though. His fever isn't near as high and he's not lethargic like yesterday. I'm hoping that the croup is really the only thing bothering him and not the flu at all. If so, then tonight will probably be the worst of it and we can all get on with our lives, lol!

Nothing happening today other than trying to keep the house from falling apart. :) Hope you all have a great weekend.
