First I would like to say thank you all for your help. You guys kept me motivated. Coulie-shoot!! he had no unclaimed property. Wouldn't that have been a good one?! LOL
I still couldn't find his address even after calling half of the Potters in the phonebook. Soo... I did a search of the last name (its unusual) of his dead mother's second marriage. I found the man's younger brother's house in IN. The wife said she hasn't heard from this man since a year and a half ago. She had his most current address though!! Breakthrough!!!!! I did a cross reference of his address and found a neighbor. She was extremely chatty and had known this man for decades. As of last October, he was moved to a nursing home for Alheizmers. From the amount of information I received, I believe my sister got the 100 percent better life. But she DOES have 10 other half siblings!!! The ball is in her court and she can choose to call these people or not.
