View Full Version : Ds's doctor visit

We went to the endocrinologist yesterday and ds is a perfectly healthy boy!! She did another bone growth xray and wants us to come back in 6 months. They only level from the labs that came back really off was one related to growth hormones. So, he may have low growth hormones, but we aren't going to discuss any treatment for 6 months unless the bone scan comes back flagging something.

I tell you...going to a children's hospital will really wake you up as to how lucky you are.

Isn't that the truth!!! As many times as we have been in and out with ds, I am always reminded that he's one of the lucky ones!!!

Sounds like she was very thorough! Another nice thing about a children's hospital is you pretty much know the docs are good! Glad you got a good report for your ds. :)
