Yeah! Then tomorrow we leave on our trip...I can't wait...The play my friend is directing should be cool. Their doing little women. Then well have so fun going out...LOL. going to stay at the clarion which should be nice. I'm so excited....this is our first trip together..
Anyway gotta get ready for work....LOL. I'm so tired :sleep:

Slept pretty good considering the fact that I could hardly breath. :rolleyes: I can't wait for this cold to be done and over with. Ugh... I've got all of my kids back today... hoping they're going to be good. I thought about taking off but I hate to put everyone out like that. They all know I've got a cold, and I left it up to them as to whether they wanted to still bring their kids, and they did (no different than if they had a cold) so I'm sure I'll get through it. LOL
We ended up cancelling Dawn's birthday celebration that was suppose to be last night. Sarah has the stomach flu and was in no condition to attend. :( I was kind of glad about that seeing I didn't feel much like having company either. We rescheduled for Saturday... so hopefully everyone is feeling better by then.
Looks like it's finally stopped raining... the sun is trying to come back out. Hoping to get the kids outside early today before the rest of the neighborhood kids get out of school, otherwise they're constantly trying to come over and I end up with a ton of kids in my yard. 8o It's nice being able to get them back outside again though. :)

Hope you feel better and can breathe again soon, Diane! Have you tried those Breathe Right strips? Df said they work well for him.
How fun, Vea! First big trip together!
Doing wedding stuff today :bounce: Filling the OOT/gift bags and organizing some stuff. Looks like I'm back to square one with finding some place to have a mini-reception. Have to call some more places today. Df and I might be staying in another hotel so we can use their facilities (if we can find one that will do what we want!!!!). Guess we'll see!!!
My goodness, I thought finding a new kitchen table difficult, but finding a computer desk is just as bad! Bought one we liked at Staples but it was damaged and had to take it back. Last one they had in stock and I didn't want to wait for another order to come in. Plus I was worried another might be damaged too. I hate buying things you can't see until you open them and start assembling.

Good morning!
Brichard is off today but he had to go in for a meeting for their American Idol contest. He is so excited! lol After the meeting he is going to pick up ds who stayed at my brother's last night.
I am babysitting from 10-3 today for my neighbors 4 kids. It is another gorgeous day here so I hope we get outside. It is a little soggy since we had some rain last night (thunderstorm.)
I don't know what is up tonight?! We are going to have to find something fun to do!

Did you try looking at Ikea? They've got a lot of nice desks to choose from. Just a thought... :)

Yes, we went to Ikea on Saturday but didn't see anything we liked. Which surprised me because we love Ikea furniture!!!
Up early again. One more week of this. Have a full load again today, but I have tomorrow off! :yippee: I was supposed to have just one dck (who I'm watching just for the week as his provider is on vacation). I found someone else to watch him so it wasn't just the 2 of us all day. I have a ton of things to get done so I can hardly wait. My house needs my time and attention!
Survivor tonight and that's about it.

Morning! Dh is coming home early to take dd to the IMAX movie of Harry Potter & The Prisoner of Azkaban today. :)
I've got groceries to get and will try to find another little part time job a couple evenings a week. This nursery school paycheck is great for what I do there, but it ain't makin' a dent in the hospital bill I've got. :rolleyes: Plus, I'd like to pay down the carpet and bed balances before they come due next year.
Going to my step-sister's tonight to prepare food for mom's surprise party tomorrow night. Oh, I need to find something to wear.... add SHOPPING to my to do list today. :tinysmile

Well I am sitting here waiting for the air conditioner guy to come install my air conditioner. It went out a few months ago, but we haven't really needed it yet. The weather is getting much warmer though, and we are going to use the income tax return to buy it. I am not really gonna reap the benefits of it though cause I am the one that is leaving. Oh well! Anyway, I hope everyone has a great day!!!!

Well, I think if it were me, I'd cancel the a/c guy, take my half of the tax return and go. I mean, if you have your mind set.... Why pour your half of the cash into something only for him to enjoy? It can't be easy, hang in there. :tinysmile

Stubborn toddler this am who is determined not to pee in the pot. I don't know if I should wait or keep going. He's in a pull-up and knows not to pee in it because Woody's cowboy boots will fade away. LOL Time will tell I guess.
Ds1 couldn't fall asleep last night and was up so early this am. He's on the school badmiton team and has his tournament today. He's so excited. He's gone all day, good thing, he didn't finish his homework last night so he can get it done tonight.
I was freaking in the dentist chair last night. My body wouldn't stop shaking from nerves. I tried to be cool and hide it from the dentist but don't think it worked well. The sound of them taking the tooth out was so grousome. I go back in a couple weeks for them to take out the last wisdom tooth.
Nice day so far but may get rain later.

Found this desk combination on the Sears website. Take a look and tell me if you think I'd get ALL 3 PIECES (desk/hutch, bookcase, printer stand) for the low price of $299 an should I "go for it"?

'Cuz she's the unhappy one, I'm guessing. By the sound of it, her dh is just fine with things the way they are and unwilling to get any help for the marriage.

Morning all. Dh and I had a great day yesterday. Nice to have just him/me time. Kids all had a good day at home/friends/grammas.
Oldest dd is having a friend over for the afternoon. Think I will invite her dad/sister/friend to come back for supper.
Middle dd might be going to her best friends for the afternoon. Not sure what ds is planning.
Headed out for my :walkin: right away. Nice temps, but it is windy. My mom said the weather we got Good Friday is rumoured to last 40 days. So far the weather has be almost to a T of that day.

Sure looks that way to me. If the dimensions are right for your space and you like it, go for it.

We did gift bags in the hotel rooms for people who were staying there - little bags of cookies, bottles of water, fruit, nuts, chocolates, etc. :)

Books of matches is about all we'd get, lol.
