I searched on it a few times but never bought anything. The stuff you can find on there is amazing. It is addicting so I never go unless I have all night to surf. I hope you get the doll house. :)

I have never really looked for anything there. My brother got my mom an antique clock there a couple years ago. It was expensive, but it has never kept the right time. :( I would probably have a lot of fun taking the walk down memory lane there! In fact, there's a doll I would love to get my sister - maybe I should look for it there!! :) When will you find out if you get the barbie house? Good luck!!

My dh and I have purchased things from EBAY. I bought a bunch of Big Comfy Couch videos for my dd that I couldn't find in the store. I got a great deal on them. I bought some tupperware lid holders. Dh buys books mostly and always gets them at a great price. We have always had good luck in getting the item quickly and in good condition.

Some of the buyers crack me up though. You can look under something like "pampered chef" or "Mary K" and pay more for the item than what it would cost from a consultant. Then you have to pay shipping too!!

I have been bidding on Power Wheels lately but haven't been able to win anything at a decent price. Those things are so heavy the shipping is very expensive.

the barbie house went to someone else....which is ok, because the more I looked at it, it has lots of small accessories, and she still is only going to be 4.....sometimes things work the way they should....still had fun looking though

I've gotten a number of things from there (and amazons auction section). Usually out of print books and barbie patterns that are no longer available. I've also gotten a couple of toys like some discovery Toys marbleworks and gearopolis. It can be really addictive! Usually I've gotten great deals.

I had never been there before until I read your post and got curioius. I really had a lot of fun looking though everything they had... A lot of the toys I saw brought back a lot of memories as well. LOL I'm going to have to go back and check it out a little bit more when I have some more time. :)
