View Full Version : Need a spinach recipe!!!!!!!!!!!

Ann, you've posted a sauted (or creamed or something along this line) spinach recipe once before. I think it had lots of butter in it. I just can't remember. Seems like you used 2 bags of spinach. At any rate, I'm not having any luck finding it. If you have any idea what I'm talking about could you post it again. Thanks.

melt one stick of butter in sauce pan
add 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
add in about a 1/4 tsp nutmet
simmer on low covered till cooked
about 5 minutes before serving toss in grated mozzarella cheese
season to taste

Yep, that one! They just bake it in loads of mozzarella. :drool:

Yum!!! I don't remember seeing it, but I was so into the mongolian barbecue that I wouldn't have probably noticed! LOL
