Well I'm almost afraid to post because I don't want to jinx it!
Dh got a lead on a job at an implement dealer here in town for a parts man. It wouldn't be as much as he's making now, I'm sure. Also, I got wind that the only preschool in town maybe looking for help. Between the two maybe we can make ends meet.
Dh is going to talk to someone about the job tomorrow. Please pray for us that this will work out!!
Thanks!!! :)

Thanks for the well wishes. So far we haven't heard anything. Dh wasn't able to talk to the boss about that job yet. Hopefully tomorrow.
I'm feeling kind of worried tonite as my dad and brother have hired someone to take dh's place here as of the beginning of June. So, this will be the last paycheck and means he (or I) HAS(have) to find a job before then or we're screwed!!
GRRR!!! I hate this!!! :(

Linda,
I missed the details of your situation. Why is your dh leaving the job he has? Are you still selling Avon? Good luck to you all - I know how hard it is when you're between jobs.
Keep the faith Linda!! Something will work out for the best!!!!

Donna and RCT,
My husband injured his back and the doctors have advised him to get out of farming. The physical labor on the farm just keeps pushing back out of place and if he keeps it up he could throw it out so bad that he couldn't do anything. My Dad and brother have been pretty supportive about the whole thing.
I talked to the director of my dd preschool today and they are looking for a preschool teacher for the fall so I'm going to put in my resume. It won't be full time.
The implement dealer had scheduled dh's interview this afternoon and then called to reschedule for tomorrow. I sure hope they get together pretty soon.
Thanks for being here for me!!! I really appreciate it!
:)
