I've reached a new record at 236 lbs. I've been working so many hours it is difficult to find time to work out, and eating has been one of my "daily rewards."
Anyway, I started an eating program yesterday given to my twin brother by a dietician. I think it is similar to weight watchers and focuses on eating reasonable amounts of food.
I'm still planning on getting on my treadmill as well, but I'm going to stick to walking until I shed a few pounds.
