I've reached a new record at 236 lbs. I've been working so many hours it is difficult to find time to work out, and eating has been one of my "daily rewards."

Anyway, I started an eating program yesterday given to my twin brother by a dietician. I think it is similar to weight watchers and focuses on eating reasonable amounts of food.

I'm still planning on getting on my treadmill as well, but I'm going to stick to walking until I shed a few pounds.

I've reached a new high myself. It really sucks! I'm try to lose or at least mantain and not gain.

Good luck Brichard! I have found walking to be not only good for my weight loss , but theraputic as well. I love going for my walks with the dog. food is definatley my vice, so I totally understand!

Just wanted to wish you luck with your weight loss. I too walk for exercise... about 4 to 5 miles each/every day. I really have to watch what I eat or I know I'll gain everything I've lost back. I've done that before and I'm determined not to let it happen again.
