It just doesn't seem possible that October is here already! 8o This year has flown by so quickly. It's a bit disconcerting to see Christmas stuff out in the stores.
Anyway! I think ds2 is feeling better. He woke up at 5:00 saying he was hungry. :lol: If dd1 is also feeling better then the girls have a make up day in gymnastics and then they all have drama club tonight. We'll see.

Up early again. It's hot/humid and raining... lots of thunder.
I've got to pick my mom up in about an hour... she's got an appointment at the hospital for an ultrasound. Keeping my fingers crossed that everything comes out okay with that and we won't have to make more trips/appointments there again any time too soon again. We just got done with all her blood pressure issues... so hopefully this won't take it's place. LOL
I made a good dent in clearing out the toy room yesterday. I should be ready for a garage sale in a few weeks. I've still got a lot of clothes and household items to go through. It will feel nice getting rid of some of the clutter.
Pam... I'm glad to hear that your son is feeling better. :)

Work. Going out at lunch to sign out kitchen cabinet contract but I forgot the deposit cheque at home so will have to go back there first...argh! I was talking to dh before I left work yesterday and he said he had to remember to get the cell phone out of his pants pocket before he washed them. So I'm sitting at the computer last night while he's putting his clothes in the dryer. He comes out of the laundry room and I'm like..."what's making that banging noise in the dryer"...Yup, he forgot to take it out of his pants and now it's pooched. We just bought the stupid thing at the beginning of August. Two months today we've owned it and he wrecked it, lol. Have my last volunteer shift tonight. Then home for Amazing Race.

Bev, that sucks about your dh's cell phone. It cracked me up though because it sosunds just like something my dh would do! :lol:
Um... could one of you ladies come over with a crowbar and pry my butt from this computer chair??? I've been bit by the lethargy bug and just don't want to do a thing this morning! :lol:

Her carotid artery. She's already had surgery on it once... but that was quite a few years ago. It's been a few years since she's had it looked at again, so it's about time she does. She's got a complete physical schedule for November, so she needed to have this done before. :)

bev~ sounds like something my dbf would do to...we were looking for his for about a week...I finally found it in a pair of pants in the bottom of the laundry....ofcouse it's off because it's a work phone...so we couldn't just call it.
Pam I need that crowbar too...feel like crawling back to bed......but I'm going to try to move and be productive so I have energy tomorrrow.
Nothing planned specifically...my car is in the shop....so I'm stuck here.

LOL... I almost did that yesterday, but as I was throwing my blue jeans in the washing machine I noticed they felt heavier than normal. Good thing I checked because my cell phone was still in the pocket. :rolleyes: We just got ours a few months ago too so that wouldn't have been too cool. LOL

Easy day with only 3 kids today. I have to take dd to the dr and can't start calling to make an appt until 7. Then it's a pain trying to get through. I'm hoping that I can make one at a convient time for all the dck's I have and getting them placed at other people's houses. Dd has a rash on her face that started getting better and now it's getting worse again. She was happy to sleep in this morning. Supposed to have a little one until after 7 tonight. He mom got off early last night, so I'm hoping she does again tonight too. I can't wait for AR tonight. Maybe they will finally head to the airport! :lol:

There is no way I'd ever work that late for anyone. 8o You're a much better person than I am. This lady is SO lucky to have you. :) I hope they find out what that rash is all about. ugh...

up and getting the kids ready for school....still feel terrible, but I have so much going on at work....boss is in Spain and needs somethings done today.....might leave early if I can get it all done.......

I'm back to me! :yippee: LOL I feel so much better today. Not sure if it was pms or what but I was blah, cranky and well, blah! LOL
It's sunny and gorgeous again today so I'm in a sundress. Woohoo. I hope all of Oct is like this. Heck, the whole winter can be this nice. :)
Have to run to the bank, didn't have enough cash on me this am for the kids special lunch/milk orders so I need to drop those off at the school. Think after that I will head out to Winners to see what's new. I am wishing I had a long skirt for fall so hopefully I will find one. One in Sears I love but it's too much $. Maybe I will find something for the living room too.

Dd threw up before school this morning so she is up in bed for the day. brichard stayed home while I took the little ones to school. My neighbor is coming over to sit in the house while I go pick them up. I was hoping to get out and run around today... wah!

Awright, where are Amy and Ann today?
I've been to work and am home carb loading. lol Had PMS yesterday, so today so I'm craving a bite of everything!
Have to go back to work tonight for Parent's Night. Dh is wiped out with bleaching/scrubbing the deck this weekend and finding out reparing our water heater (just the part) is nearly $700 :bawling: AND.... once again his brother is freaking out. I was on the phone with their cousin three times yesterday being filled in on what bil told him and blah blah blah..... omg. It's just such a hard time with that situation.
I'm full now and have a splitting headache not to mention I didn't go to bed early enough last night, so I'm going to lay down before dd is out of school.

worked from 4:45am - 1:30 pm today. kind of chillin' right now. need to clean the kitchen. am pretty caught up on laundry. ds had his first golf tournament of the year.

Found some lamps I love at Pier 1. They only had one and I wanted two and they were on sale. I may go farther into the city at some point before the sale ends to see if I can get a pair.
Got ds's one of those paper on a stick things that you fling by the wrist and they fly out like a sword. I always called them fling its. lol Anyhow, been playing with one all afternoon and get the funniest looks. Ds3 was having fun too. LOL Waiting for the boys to walk in from school. After dinner we are going to sit and watch this movie we haven't had the chance to see yet. I am still amazed it's like summer. Poor dh is freezing in Nova Scotia. I wish the pool was still open.
