viral infections

hi all,

Being a mother of two small kids can be quite stressful and trying at times.. Both have their own individual needs and looking and taking care of them 24/7 has taken a toll on my health.. I have no help or support.. Now I am down with the flu.. The doctors say its influenza.. wonder what is this. Is this something serious. Please tell me.

I would guess it depends on the type of flu you have, did you ask your doctor specifics? I hope you feel better.

Isn't influenza just the technical name for flu?

I haven't looked lately but there is a brand of tea that has some great stuff.
It's called traditional mediconal(sp?) Ususally in health food stores.

Just went to the website and you can buy them on line....but I think it's more expensive....they do have a store locator on the website.

my mother has just recovered form this kind of flu.Her conditon was quite bad as she had sore throat, runny nose, aching joints and cough,cold and fever too.She used to sneeze through out the day and all the herbal remedies didnt help her one bit.
