I think Creative Memories has the best supplies. I had a party last night!! Have you decided what kind of books you are going to do? Baby, family, travel, etc...?

Welcome here!! I am in Colorado too. Out on the Northeastern Plains. I love to scrapbook. I use Creative Memories books and lots of their supplies. I don't use too many websites but I will look at my list of favorites and post anything that might be useful to you. I am blessed with two little boys too. A 7 yo and and 8 yo. Have a great day. I look forward to you posting again. :)

I love to scrapbook too! I haven't used creative memories yet. As a matter of fact this is the first I have heard of it. I used stuff from the local craft store. I'll have to check out that site!

CM's albums are way worth what they cost. Can you have a party and earn some for free?? They have a lifetime guarantee.

I am having a party on Friday but since I am new to my area and dont know too many people I am having a joint party with a friend so if i earn enough $ then I will diffently get an album but if not for now(since we are leaving on vacation soon) I will just do pages and then save my $

If my customers feel they cannot afford an album at first, they usually start on pages. I have looked at all the other albums on the market and I am impressed most by CM's. There is an album that looks the same as CM's sold in reg. stores but beware I have had many people tell me locally and from other states that the qualilty is poor and doesn't compare. One person told me she had the staples fall out of her pages and rust and the company who made this off brand album wouldn't replace it. She decided from then on she would not work with this company. Also this company's binding holder is cardboard rather than plastic. People have found that the holders wear out quickly. The pages are also flimsy. This company is currently being sued by CM for copying their patented design. But bc it is an out of country company it is taking a long time for the legal process.
I agree that the best way to start if you can't afford the album itself is with the pages. Each album comes with 15 pages and can fit 30-40 pages so if you complete a pack of pages or 2 and get albums for birthday, Christmas, etc. you can put your completed pages into the album then. Just remember to put your pages in a safe place until then....
Have fun at your CM classes...
