What is everyone having?

I have no clue again. We wound up having Subway last night, so I didn't cook, and we had pizza the night before, so I am thinking that I need to cook. I just don't have the desire and I don't know what to cook. ARG!!!

How do you make your mexican pizza?

Dh uses tortillas for the crust, spreads out the refried beans, meat, pepperoncini rings and cheese, then tops it with another tortilla and more cheese. He heats it in the oven for about 15 minutes or until it's warm through. Serve it with the rest of the taco fixins like lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, etc.

So you make several smaller pizza's? Does the tortilla hold up to eat it by hand or do you use a fork?

He usually uses two tortillas for the bottom layer and places them on a cookie sheet (overlapping a bit). It usually holds up to eat it by hand, but a couple of times I think it wasn't baked long enough, so we just used a fork.
