Did you ladies change your clocks this morning?

I just about finished the computer room last night. I just have to file some papers and organize the file cabinet. I finished up the kitchen this morning and my room is net on my agenda. Then it's just normal housework. Laundry and cleaning the bathrooms. My goal is to be done in time to sit my butt on the couch and watch Nashville Star and My Name is Earl tonight on TV. I'm so confused as to what is on when as the TV schedule is so much different here than it was in the states. Most of the reality shows (AI, AR, Survivor and The Apprentice) are on here the day after they air in the states. Other shows (ER, My Name is Earl and others) are on randomly and are a few months behind the ones in the states, so I'm currently watching repeats.

Anyway, have a great day! Tomorrow's the BIG day for me. I start working/volunteering/learning.

Morning!

I changed 2 of my clocks when I got up....not the rest.

The party went pretty good. I had fun...I think most everyone was pretty happy. It was interesting because out of 14 people there was 4 different groups of friends. but after we ate...the guys went and played pool and the girls chit chatted...so It worked out.

Deciding whether to veg today...or go clean my car....leaning towards vegging...LOL

Well have a great day!

I turned my clocks before I went to bed last night. :)

Pouring rain this morning. It's suppose to be nice/sunny tomorrow so... I hope it is. I'm so sick of all this rain. :(

Not much on the agenda today. We had everyone over for Dawn's birthday last night. It didn't start out so well... somehow Sarah got locked in their Jeep. Evidently James left the key's in the ignition when he stepped out of their jeep, hadn't yet opened the back door to get Sarah... and Dawn hit the lock button as she stepped out. :( James showed off his talents with a coat hanger and got it open... so that was good. Sarah kept her cool though. I'm sure she was probably wondering why we were all just standing their staring and waving at her, and not opening the door and taking her out. LOL

We ordered some pizza's and we also had chicken wings, cheese sticks and chips. I didn't feel that I ate all that much, but I'm still feeling so full. I don't think we'll be going out for breakfast this morning.

Not too sure how were going to spend our day today. Maybe we'll just veg out and watch some movies. Hope you all have a great day.

Diane...

Morning! Have not changed any clocks yet, but I do not have a schedule at all today, so I'm not worried about missing anything. LOL

Dd spent the night at mom's after her b'day dinner, and dh is still at the beach. I'm alone and loving it!! :) The house is a disaster and dd got a TON of hand me downs yesterday, so putting them away is top on the list.

Beautiful day here, so windows are open and I need to get motivated.

Jen, I'm amazed at how much you get done in such short periods of time. Good luck tomorrow - hope it goes well and you enjoy it. :)
Diane, enjoy some movies, think I may run get some too.
Ann, feel better..... take today for you, if you can. :)
Vea, glad you enjoyed your birthday celebration!

ROFL!!

Pulled up this thread about 2 seconds after df noticed we hadn't set the clocks forward. The computers are right - but we weren't looking at them. So, looks like we won't be going to church today after all!

It is so beautiful out! I might have to go jump on the trampoline. Dh restained the deck and we might put up our 2 season room. We bought a gazebo (If you are interested, go to home depot.com and enter this number in the search field: SSM-GAZ-5042). I plan on getting a seating area and a fire pit too. :yippee:

Yeah, but this is for those days when we feel too lazy to go to the end of the yard. ;) LOL Actually, I can for go the deck fireplace and I just want a bunch of really cool patio lights I saw at Target. They are squarish paper lanterns. It will be quite the cozy room once its all done.

We only set our alarm clock so we set the rest after we got up. Fixed pork chops for dinner. Finished up food program paper work for March.
I'll be taking dd's friend home in about an hour and then I have to get groceries and the stuff I need to get ready for preschool tomorrow.

My head feels so full of stuff I have to do and don't want to forget about, It hurts!!

It rained last night so we have huge puddles in our driveway. Hope the preschool yard isn't too bad. I really want to take the kids outside as much as I can.

Guess we're making lasagna for supper tonight. The boys have bowling.
I think we should have got to turn the clocks BACK 12 hours so I had a longer weekend, then turn them forward 13 hours Monday morning!!! LOL

have a good Sunday all!!

Linda - I'm going to be making pork chops night. I haven't made those in years. I hope they turn out. It used to be that half my meals were vegitarian (Mostly cause I can't stand the sight of raw meat) but DH got sick of it.

DH woke me up this morning and annouced we have too many clocks in the house. He set all 12 of them before I woke up this morning though. I'm still feeling crappy because of my cold. Took some Benedryl last night and had trouble waking up. Its really ticking me off. I've got school tomorrow!

..SheeeSh... Am I starting to sound like Eeyore???

We tenderized ours with a tool that has 2 rows of little knives that you punch down into the meat. Then we seasoned them with onion flakes and an all purpose seasoning. Then we grilled them. They weren't too bad. It was so nice to have REAL meat. Dh and the kids have been eating deer, which I hate so I've been living off frozen pizzas and chicken patties.

Deer's not real meat? My son would definately disagree with you. You can grill pork chops? I've only ever fried them and smothered them in gravey. I'll have to try that.

OMG! they are great on the grill!! but are you talking about the thin ones or butterfly? too thin wouldn't work on the grill, they would probably dry out.

LOL in the middle of cattle country, no, deer is not real meat. I can't stand the taste of it.

Yes we grill chops. They aren't real thin ones. It's just real important that they get completely done.
