Dd #1 and Sarah just left, it's 4:45 and I still have no clue what I'm going to make for dinner. (so why am I sitting here??? LOL) Maybe I'll heat up the left over ham my sister gave to us from Easter, add some potatoes and beans... maybe a salad. Sounds like a good plan to me. LOL

It is blinkin cold here today so I made chili...and leftover pineapple cheescake from the weekend.

Oh Bev that sounds so good. When I found out how much cholesterol pork tenderloins have, I had to stop fixing them for dh. :(

We had sloppy joes. We always add a can of diced tomatoes, onions and green peppers and then toast them in the oven with shredded cheese on top.
Now I have to figure out tonight. lol

pork tenderloin doesn't have alot of cholesterol?????? it has less than a chicken breast.

I'm frying up some chicken breast strips that have been soaking in buttermilk all day. Going to have some mashed potatoes with white gravy, green beans, homemade buttermilk biscuits, and iced tea.
