Everyone is dragging this morning; I think we have spring fever.

Off to work/school then home. I work tonight and dh is working overtime all week and does not know when he's getting home, so dd gets to spend the evening at mom's house, til I get off.

Better go get ready for the little people. Have a great day, ya'll.

It was hard getting up this morning, sinus headache, ugh! A cold front is supposed to be moving through so that explains it!

Dd has a field trip today, other than that just a normal day. I may get out and nose around Target a bit, but have no "have to do's."

I hope you all have a fantastic day!

Oh, and did I mention my inlaws are coming home Wednesday night? :happydnc:

Laundry and some light house cleaning to do today. I was suppose to get Sarah but James' appointment cancelled, so I'm on my own today.

It's only suppose to get up to 60 today with a chance of rain... so I have to get out for my walk right away this morning. We've also got a cold front coming in... so we'd better enjoy this while we have it. :)

Better get going and make make the bed and coffee. Hope you all have a great day today......

Good morning. Working today. Have some errands to run on my lunch. I hate running errands on lunch hour, but I haven't run since Wed. and I need to do that tonight. It's damp and cool out.

Rainy and cool here, just drove the kids to school. Not too much for have to do's but better get a few groceries today instead of saving until for when I really have to go. Those are the days I never feel like it. lol Picking the kids up at school and then going to an outlet store not too far in the city. They have boys suits for 50$ they said in a flyer and ds1 is going to need one for his graduation from his school. I have to make sure he has a shirt and tie at the least for grad pics tomorrow. Prison Break tonight :)

Hope you all have a good day :)

It seems like the calendar is filling up like crazy lately. :( Dd1's hook broke off her braces Friday night so I need to call the ortho and see when she can get in to get it fixed.

Some elderly friends of ours are struggling right now. He is under home hospice care and she is finding it difficult to handle all of his chores in addition to her own. I'm hoping to convince her to let me come in a couple of days a week to lighten some of the load. She's not been willing in the past and I don't want to push her too much, but wish she'd let go of some of this stuff that she doesn't need to do all by herself. I talked to her Saturday and told her I'd call her back today for an answer and hopefully a list of things I can do.

Weekly cleaning today and my night out tonight. I'm hoping to find some new clothes. Most of what's in my drawers should be in the rag bag right now! 8o

I hope all the sickies feel better quickly! (((HUGS)))

Morning! It's dreary out again....not raining at the moment. I was going to the gym but over slept....I'll go tomorrow.
This is going to be a weird week. we have all the kids back from spring break. And we have the new teacher starting that will be my head teacher after she's been trained in Montessori....she he's director/leader experience but not montessori...but here recommendations from employers and staff all say she very competent but also veryy flexable and willing to work with you. Hopefully we'll get along.

I worked till 10. DH just got back from the orthopedic doctor with dd, and she has a bruised knee cap with sprained ligaments on each side. She will be on crutches for about 3 weeks.
Thankfully no structural damage.

W8oW... poor dd. I suppose it could be worse, but being on crutches for 3 weeks doesn't sound too fun. :( (((HUGS))) I hope she heals quicker and won't have to be on them as long as he said.

Ds 2 was home sick today. This is now the 5th time we have had the stomach flu in our house in 5 months. I think I am in shock or I would be bawling. LOL! I know their school got hit hard, but for whatever reason my kids are not resisting that germ at all this year!! :bawling:

Heading into work for a bit tonight - have stuff to get caught up on and just need to get out alone. We found out today that the gal who took care of dh's dad when he was dying has colon cancer. She is an amazing woman and we are really bumming and struggling with the news.

Ann - Hope your dd is hanging in there and the next 3 weeks go fast!

Renee - Hope your dd feels better, too!

Ann, Renee, & Karla, Hope your kids are feeling better soon!

I think winter is trying to return. It was SO cold today! It rained off and on all day. In the panhandle there are winter storm warnings! This is just too crazy!

Fairly busy day. The little boy I made the call on was there today. He had a great day!! He listened and behaved so well! We made a special point to praise him so hopefully it will continue.

The first half of property taxes are due this Thursday and do you think I can find the stinking statement on it?? I just had it a couple weeks ago and it's not where I remember seeing it. Suppose I'll just have to call the courthouse tomorrow and get the amount. Quarterly taxes are due the first of the month too. Have I ever told you that I HATE taxes???

Better get busy doing something else so I stay awake until bedtime.

Ann, I hope the next few weeks fly by for your dd. Poor thing, sounds painful.

Karla, I feel so bad for you and the kids. It's bad enough when you get the flu once or twice over the winter but 5 times is just nasty!! Hope he gets over it quick.
