I think I'm in love!! :* It's nice to find a workout that makes you sweat like a pig and laugh histerically at yourself at the same time!

I ordered the dvd from Netflix to see if I like it and if it's something I'll actually do. It's a keeper! :D

Is it his first one or the new one? I have heard good things about it. may just have to look into it myself.

I like the 8 min. one. I don't have a lot of patience for monotony (sp), so that one is over before I get bored. LOL And it DOES make you sweat like a pig!

I don't think it's his new one, but it may not be the first one, either. It's Billy Blanks: Tae Bo: Cardio Circuit 1.

There's an eight minute one? 8o I might be able to handle that one a bit better!

Renee, my uncoordinatedness (is that a word?) is what brings about the belly laughs, lol! I don't do the cardio moves (mega-fast) 'cause I'm not coordinated enough, but maybe in a few weeks it won't be such a laugh. :)

Pam, the eight minute one is an advanced workout, but totally do-able once you get the basic moves down.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his stuff. If I did it daily, I'd be super fit too, I'm just not diciplined enough. :(

Enjoy it/them!!

We have the whole set of tapes. I haven't pulled them out in a few years but use to use them regularly - until the weethree came along.
Loved it. The first time I tried it was hillareous.... didn't even make it through the warm up on the beginners tape. dd about 6 at the time could do more. It didn't take long to pick up the moves and get with it though. Hmmm.... wonder where they got to... might be time to pick it up again.http://bestsmileys.com/exercising/13.gif
