Prevention magazine has a series of DVDs and I bought the Belly, Butt and Thigh workout... good 30 mins. of targeted excercise. :)

I think the BBT dvd was on Netflix, too. I figure if I check out enough of them I'm bound to find one that fits well.

I've used the one that Bob Harper released. It has Matt and Suzy and others in it. I like it a lot.
