Get the Payless "crocs" (Airwalks)...they are sooo comfy!!! I love wearing them...but they really are ugly!! LOL Ds1 has a pair (black), and he LOVES them. He even wore them (the Payless brand) for 4 of our days at Disneyworld.

That was my thoughts exactly. I haven't noticed any swelling yet, but dh says that he can tell my ankles are getting bigger. He is now calling them kankles. LOL!!!

Well, the 15 mins. I wore them at Payless tonight they didn't. LOL
They have those air holes in the top and I actually felt a little breeze. :lol:

Strangely, no. It's a really unique kind of material. Seriously...try a pair on...and your feet will be smiling! (Even though they are kind of funny to look at...and give you, as my dh says, "fred flintstone feet".) Once you get used to them, they are actually kind of 'cute'. LOL

Come on, Amy!!! Just try a pair on at least!! It won't kill ya! ;) Make those tootsies happy!!

Mary you are SO RIGHT! I went to Payless tonight and they are waaay more comfortable than the Target or WalMart brands. I tried on the Crocs at Blue Ridge Mtn. Sports and they feel as good as they do... and only half the price. :)

What color did you get, Mary? All Payless had in my size were the "cotton candy" - they look like they are tye dyed. I like the raspberry pink, but can't make up my mind.

I only have black (I bought them at the end of Winter...not realizing I'd really like them as much as I do.) I'd like a pair of white/cream...not sure if Payless makes that color, though. Come on Payless...come out with a wide variety like the regular "Crocs" have. LOL :lol: I'm glad you thought they were comfy! Definately a better value.

I haven't tried the Airwalk flip flops. I usually don't like flip flops because that part that goes between the toes irritates the heck out of me! :rolleyes: I'll be near a Payless this afternoon...I'll have to take a look at them. The link didn't work for me...I'll check it out in person! :)

LOL! I wouldn't have know they were called that but they are in the link that didn't work for you. :)
They are a funky sandal with a rubber cap over the toe; more more for outdoors/hiking in case you stub your toes. :) They were really comfy! Of course Blue Ridge Mtn. Sports sells the 'real' things for nearly $100.
