We've been reading books this morning and playing in dks kitchen, so I haven't gotten anything done around the house yet. :)
Happy Day, Everyone!! :D

I spent my morning playing kitchen/house and blowing bubbles with the kids... LOL Now their playing with play-doh, so I'm hoping that keeps them busy and quiet for a little while anyway. :)
My dd's got a choir concert tonight and then were going to stop at Dairy Queen on the way home. Yummm... Still don't know what I'm having yet or even WHAT they have anymore. It's been quite a while since we've been there.
I'm glad tomorrow's Friday. We have to help our oldest dd move on Saturday. Last year she moved from Eagan to Maplewood and now she's moving back to Eagan... just two blocks away from where she lived before. Ugh!!! I hope that this time she decides to stay put for a while. LOL Since she moved away from home we've moved her 5 times! I'll keep my fingers crossed. :)
I hope you are all having a great day. Take care!
Diane...
Afternoon. Workout while dd was a swim practice. We are supposed to have our first meet tonite, but it is rainy and thundering right now and supposed to all day. Bad news is that if it's only raining we are out in it! But trying to reschedule is a nightmare, but not my problem this year!!!! LOL
I walked on the treadmill, did Tae Bo, watched Martha Stewart, took the dog to the groomers, went to 2 grocery stores, unloaded, took ds to the animal shelter for his volunteer work, came home ate lunch, checked the computer, and now I need to head back to town to pick up ds and Precious. Then the closet awaits.

We used to always go for ice cream after high school concerts - usually Bridgeman's! :licklips: I was thrilled when dh and I were dating and I found out his dad owned a Bridgeman's! :D Those were the days when I could sample any ice cream treat LOL!
Good luck moving your dd this wknd!

Hi all. Trying to catch up on all these posts! Dh was [i]manipulating[\i] the computer for the past couple of days, so I was out of luck!
We are supposed to be playing ball tonight, but our weather sounds like Ann's.....maybe we will get rained out.
Last dance class for dd before the summer break.
Only 21 more days of school! I found out that I will be switching libraries come September....mornings at the Jr. High and then aftnoons at the Sr. High (that's where I am now for the full day). I will be filling another mat leave, but at least I know I will have work all the way till June 2002. The mat leave I am filling in for now only runs until April 2002.
Diane.....go for the pecan mudslide.....I am  just thinking about it! The closest Dairy Queen to us is a 1.5 hour drive.......so have one for me too!
Kat and Ari......I have lots of unfinished chores awaiting you here!
:)
I had playgroup at my house today. Found out in the middle of it that the kids I babysat for yesterday came down with strep throat today. I'm really hoping none of my kids picked it up, I"m not even sure what I should be watching for, especially with the baby. :( Had dinner at SIL's house, that was a lot of fun. We had four infants, two toddlers, and two prescoolers running around a non-childproof home, it was quite nerve racking. I get my car back from the shop tomorrow, yeah I"ll finally have air-conditioning again. :)
