anyone ever take b-12 shots?

Girlfriend of mine has had some success with this....just wondering if anyone had heard or done it.

My sister has to have them... I "think" because of her gastric bypass surgery. Not too sure if that's the reason though. :)

Aren't they to boost your enery level...my sister keeps telling me I should get them.. It's actually a big ingredient in the Powerade that I've been drinking.

yes, we use it at the gym all the time, will give you a definate boost of energy and an overal well feeling
