What's on your menu tonight?
I'm making broccoli beef stir fry with rice.
the long goodbye continues (party on friday, regular mex place last night). we are going over to one of the host couple's house to have leftovers from the party. i am really excited to see their house..they just moved in. they completely gutted their house and redid it.

Hmmm... I probably can't talk brichard in to taking me out again so I guess I'd better come up with something. I think it'll be chicken on the grill. brichard bought some yummy red, yellow and orange peppers yesterday and I have some red potatoes. Maybe I'll make kabobs. If I put the potatoes on the kabobs do I cook them first? They won't cook as fast as the meat/veggie?
I think we'll go out for dinner. If we go to my niece's out of town, we'll stop at a great rib place near there. If not, we'll eat somewhere in our own city.

dice the potatoes, toss in a little olive oil and season then wrap in foil and put on the grill about 10 minutes before the meat.

I did something almost the same last night. Diced red potatoes, oil and a pkg. of dry onion soup. Tossed and baked in the oven.
