Good Morning everyone! We survived our dinner party, had a great time infact, although the sauteed mushrooms nearly sent me over the edge, took forever!! LOL!

Taking dd to basketball shortly and our sitter cancelled for tonight :( so we are going to rent a dvd instead of going to see Traffic. Any suggestions?

My what? Mushrooms? rib eyes? The mushrooms I saute in butter and garlic salt until they are crispy on the outside (I slice them thickly). The rib eyes we just threw on the grill, what an easy cut of beef, seems perfect every time and not as costly as tenderloins for 10 people!

yep, rib eyes are good and so much cheaper than a tender
