To save a few pennies. I ask this cause the other day. I ran my receipt, product, and coupon back to the store, because I forgot the coupon in the first place. It was a $2.00 coupon. And I went back to get my two dollars!! LOLOL. So.. How far do you go to save a few pennies???

Or, Has any one here returned something under $1.00?? You can guess it!! I have!!

No, not cheap. You just want to get your money's worth. But, with the price of gas today, you might want to re-think going back if it's a way from home.

I have gone back to the grocery store if I find something overchargerd on my receipt - no matter how small the amount. It's actually more so because it started happening all the time, especially when I picked up something only because it was on sale and then it didn't ring up that way. Sometimes I will wait until the next time I get groceries and sometimes I will go back in when I am out and about. Their new policy is they have to give me my money back, so I get the item for free. :)

As far as returning something under a dollar I guess I would if I was going to be in the store anyway and knew I didn't want/need the item. I don't know that I would make a point to drive out of my way, but I do hate waste and I would hate to just throw it knowing I had no need for it. :)

You're not cheap - all those $$ add up! :D

not cheap your thrifty.... LOL...me too...I have driven all the way back to the store if I am overcharged the slightest bit......done the coupon thing once, and I don't consider it cheap....I don' t have much so I want total value.... YOU GO GIRL... :lol: :biggrin:

If you're cheep, then so am I!!! If the coupon was still good for a while and it is something I would use I would liekly just use it next time. Otherwise I would be apt to go bck depending on my schedule for the day and how far I had to go to do it. I can walk to the local grocery store from here in about 5 min. or less, so would likely just stroll across.

I'm terrible... I waste. :( I have a pair of shorts that I bought from Penny's over a month ago. I decided I didn't like the way they fit/looked after I got them home and I've STILL got them... with the tags still on them. When I was cleaning out my closet last week I ran into a few pairs of shirts that I had bought last summer that I had decided that I also didn't like.... Ugh... I HATE returning stuff... but I know I should. If I would return everything I should have returned... I'd probably be able to buy myself one heck of a nice outfit. LOL
