OK, I thought it was the finale last night, and was bummed out that we have to wait until tonight...
I voted for TOBY.....and I do like Dilana, even though she seems so confident on stage she is so insecure off stage....Lukas could win just as easily.....
Sorry I think Magni will leave tonight first....jmho

...Go Dilana! she was so pretty and soft last night. Thought her set was awesome. Toby, of course, is a doll. Still can't abide by Lukas..even tried just listening to him to see if his looks distracted me. Still can't over what he did to BonJovi! Magni was just eh. I am afraid that tonite will be Magni first to go, then lots of love and you are wonderful, but sorry Toby you are out of here. Leaving Dilana and Lukas in the final two and Lukas winning. :(

I don't know my singers very well (I've only watched this show a couple of times) but I don't like the pierced English girl (is that Dilana?). I think Lukas was the one I liked the best last time I watched.
I've been a Dilana fan from the beginning. Definitely think it will come down to Dilana and Lukas. I love her look and her voice and her stage personna. I can't quit thinking Lukas looks like a skunk. I've liked him only when he went all out with his voice. He just doesn't do that consistently.

But they're voting for a singer for Supernova, and I don't think these guys will choose a woman for that. I think Magni fits the band best.
Donna, I have to agree. I think Magni suits it best and I also don't think they'll pick a female singer. If they did, Dilana would definitely suit. I still ascertain my fear that Lukas will lose himself in Supernova and although I think he will win (and he even wants to), I think he'd be better suited as a solo artist. I love Toby and think he's a great performer, but depending on the style these guys go with don't think he'd suit either, but I can also see him winning tonight too. I won't be disappointed in whomever Supernova chooses...they have the best 4 to choose from for sure and won't go wrong with any of them.
I have heard rumours that Supernova is looking at this as a year long gig, something to do and get out there, then they'll disband or not do much together and go back to the projects they all have going for them now. Don't know what that will do for the winner tonight in terms of their own career, so I'm hoping this rumous is false.
I did think to myself when they were so brutal to Magni last night 'wonder if this is to throw us off'

I just found these two posts at a forum and it alleviates my Lukas fears, so to speak...
I think Toby is more suited to SN, but SN with Lukas will be more successful and I think that's what it comes down to.
However, I am not convinced that Lukas with SN will be more successful than Lukas without.
The best things that can come out of Lukas winning the gig are the connections and marketing he will have established. For him to start cold, he is at a disadvantage. Getting the insider advantage is what will be the most important thing for Luke, and that means getting the gig. It is a year contract. Then he can do whatever he pleases and he will have a resume and the contacts to make him a commodity.
10% of the bands/people record companies sign don't make ****, and they never get the fame, even the talented ones. Lukas would fall into this 10% range, no matter how good he is. If he is with Supernova, his odds DRAMATICALLY increase for free marketing. He will be more successful with Supernova, if not with Supernova for the music, but for the contacts it will bring him.

I think they are both unique and edgy with killer voices and could both do the job extremely well. Even though Toby and Magni are arguably better singers in some ways, there are certain elements that I think they lack in order to fill the position. Frankly, to me, they are just less compelling to watch on stage. The good news is all of them are more than likely going to be on the tour in some capacity... Either as Supernova's lead singer or performing with the House Band.

I would love Lukas to go solo with the house band behind him, lol. Ds said last night that he hopes Dilana wins and that the 3 guys remaining should form their own band cause he likes them all that much, but then I reminded him that they'd be a band that has 3 singers, lol.
well, i found out about 5 who won (spoilers started hitting) was so bummed.
whenever i see him i think of a high school theater director saying 'ok kids, we are going to put on a rock and roll show, here are your costumes!' he just so looks like a caricature. in a way i do feel sorry for him because SN is only going to tour for a year.
Toby is going to great touring with the house band. And that offer of Gilby to write a song for Dilana was pretty amazing. Think in the long run, they might end up being the two winners of the show.

Ann, ITA. I was happy Lukas won. He deserved it, imho and he wanted it. I felt TLee loved him from the beginning, but I still had reservations about what it would do to Lukas, and after hearing what Dilana gets out of it...I was starting to think Lukas was getting a bum deal :bawling: . I don't know whether to be happy or cry for him.

We were horrified!! I felt so bad for Magni - he was stunned not making it into the top 3. Not sure that this is a bad thing for him, though. Something better for his family life than touring with the likes of Tommy Lee will come along.

I was surprised at how much Dilana was offered from them all last night. I didn't think Lukas looked surprised he won or all that excited. Must be his personality to not show much emotion but anyone else would have shown more. lol
I was happy for Lucas too, but I personally don't always understand what his lyrics are....I really thought Dalana was going to win....I ached for Toby being sent home.....he was too clean cut, not tatooed enought...LOL

there had been speculation all last year that it was going to be Van Halen. think they turned it down so CBS had to go with this made up band.
anyone ever watch The Soup on E? I just love that show. They were talking about Lukas winning and called him The Goth Chicken Little! LOL
