Anyone watching?? Thoughts so far??

Ann - I need you to enlighten me on the "socialite" from Houston. LOL How in the world is that someone's 'title' at age 23? :rolleyes: I'm thinking spoiled brat would be more appropriate. :rolleyes:

Do ya'll think the bachelor is cute? I am LOL or just RME LOL) at the girls who are so impressed by him being a prince.

No doubt. I mean, do they really believe in the 'fairy tale' of becoming a princess and is it really that enticing? :rolleyes: I think some of them actually think they'll move into a castle and wear a crown. :rolleyes: I just hate DUMB! ROFL!

And, how can't they see how dumb they come off? Not to mention materialistic and desperate? (not all of them, but a lot of them. LOL)

edited to add: and here I sit dissing them, yet I'll be watching it faithfully every week....guess that says enough, too, huh? ;) )

Waaahhh! I have to wait until Saturday afternoon to watch it. It was pre-empted (is that the term?) because of the Monday night Packer massacre (oops..I mean game).

I really wanted to watch it but zonked to early. I can't believe how early I have been sleeping lately, couldn't even stay up for LOST this week! Dh said he can get it for me so I can still see it. I want to the whole prince thing in Rome, should be interesting to watch. lol Yep, some gals are just plain dumb.

I haven't seen an entire episode, but caught some woman singing on the balcony and two other gals just kept talking to him...like she wasn't there....

He was cute when I just saw him breifly...not my style at all...

I've seen the previews... but have never watched it. I didn't think he looked all that great (not my type) but thought the women looked pretty foolish chasing him around and trying to impress him like that. :rolleyes: I could never picture myself doing something that to ANY guy... no matter how great he (thought) is.

I have tried to figure out who she is..if she is a 'socialite', she must keep a pretty low profile here! i have found her name mentioned but only in the 'our town houston gal is on the bachelor'..no trace of her before hand.

The only thing I've read about Erica is that her dad is a rich plastic surgeon in Houston. I don't get why that makes her a "socialite" tho. lol She is very obnoxious!

Okay, apparently I need a clear definition of a socialite. :rolleyes: The whole "title" and the apparent attitude that goes along with it just baffles (and annoys LOL) me.
