Herbal remedies for stress?

Without boring you all with a lot of detail, dh is under enormous amounts of stress at work. I'm looking for herbal answers to this problem. I've heard of samE (or something of the sort) but I was kind of wanting opinions on different things. Any suggestions or websites I can go to?

I hope things improve for your dh soon, that can be so difficult on the entire household.

Does he exercise? Meditate? Even an early morning walk can really help during times of stress.

No herbal remedies, sorry, but i have heard of the tea Mickey mentioned.

Thanks for the link for the tea, that makes it easier! :) I'll get it and see if it helps. Kathy he really doesn't have much time for any exercise. His schedule is good for the family but not so hot for him. He works four ten hour days. With the hour commute each way that means he gets up at 3:30 am and doesn't get home until 5:30 at night. By the time he gets home he's almost ready for bed. :\ I am sure the sleep factor doesn't help his stress levels at all.

He's supposed to have a meeting with his boss today and hopefully that will straighten some things out. Basically his boss is saying that dh's department has to take on the work of another 12 man department in addition to what they are already doing without being able to hire any more help! :{ As it stands they could use another person or two to keep up with the current work load!

Maybe he can work in a walk on his lunch hour as a stress reliever. I'll talk to him about it. The nice thing is he's open to suggestion on this one! :lol:
