Another crockpot beef recipe

I forgot I used to make this, but it is one of those simple meals.

Chuck roast
Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 soup can(or more depending on how strong you like it) of sherry-not the sucky cooking kind.
1 can cream of mushroom soup.

Cook on low all day.

You can serve it like this or add some sourcream right before serving to make it more of a stroganoff.

hmmm......maybe it WAS burgundy I used to use..... Sherry is something I use to make Chicken French (lemon, garlic, sherry, chickbroth). Those damn red looking alcohol always screws me up. LOL
