I can't believe it's November already. Going to talk to the director today if I have a chance. (she's either not there or busy when I am there) I am going to talk to her about what was said to me (by the assistant director) before I even applied for this job (about working in the baby room). It seems like I'll be working "where ever" (meaning the toddler and preschool rooms) and I don't want to. It's as simple as that. I could have applied at a center that has only 6 week old-2 year old children, but I applied at this center based on what the assistant director told me. I'm nervous in a way and don't want to make anyone mad, but I'm not happy about what is going on.
Ann- dd handled herself really well. Too bad about the Lexus job.
Mel- Have fun today seeing your little one. :tinysmile
I think you should speak your peace....I will be routing for you, stay calm and breath....Please keep us posted. Good luck Jen.
Still Wed. here....up late....puttering around the house, even though I am so exhausted...Needed to get some things done....I am getting ready to head off to bed....looking for something to hang on the walls in my office....thinking of either nature photos or flowers....gotta think on it though....
see you in the morning....

Good luck Jen. I hope they can accomodate where you want to be working.
Eeeee! I can't wait for this afternoon. :tinysmile I hope they can tell, I don't want to go the next 20 weeks without knowing, it would drive me crazy! lol
Have a doc appt. tonight just before 7. Getting my ear checked, feels like an infection but has been coming and going for the last couple months. Going to try and remember to ask if I can use A535 for my arm, I overworked it yesterday. Had a friend come in and help go through the kitchen, got rid of junk drawer and craft cupboard plus she washed cupboards/walls. I worked on my laundry and other things around the house. Still 2 drawers in the kitchen to go through and make empty, problem with a big kitchen, too much room for junk.
Hope you all have a good day :)

Jen, good luck speaking with your director today. Hope you get things cleared up and wind up with the babies. :tinysmile
Mel, speaking of babies...... :) Have a wonderful day finding out what you're carrying!! How nice of your friend to come help you clean; can I be next on her list??
Making lunch then off to work. I'm taking mil to the eye dr. after work since fil still can't drive (with the new pacemaker that went in, he's not allowed to drive until Dec.). Mom is shuttling dd around this afternoon and dh will be working some overtime.
Ds2 has preschool this morning, need to take some shoes back to the store, schoolwork, care group kids tonight. Ooooh... exciting, isn't it? Have a good one!

Up early... dh has his networking meeting. My mom's got a doctor appointment at 10:00 so will be picking her up and taking here there. I'm leaving her my cell phone so I can meet dd #3 over at Kohl's. I couldn't find any of the candles she was talking about yesterday when I took my mom to Kohl's... I looked absolutely everywhere, but she swear's they are there. If we get done too soon there I'll go back to the clinic and sit/wait for my mom's appointment to get done. After that I'm meeting Dawn/Shelly back over at my house so I can take care of Sarah while they go out to the scrapbooking store to look at/for paper for Shelly's wedding invitations. I've been feeling a cold coming on so I'm hoping they're not gone too long. I don't want to spread it on to Sarah, plus I'd like to be able to lay down and rest for a while. I know my mom probably made her appointment later (even though I keep telling her to make it as early as possible) so she could try to lure me out for lunch, so she might be disappointed that her plan didn't work... but I'm just not in the mood to go out to eat anything. If I'm lucky I'll probably chow down a bowl of soup or something. It's amazing how my quiet day turned into a busy one. LOL
Hope you all have a great day.

Morning!
Slept in alittle this morning. dbf was super quiet or I was just dead to world. Either way it was kind of nice waking after he left.
I'm hoping today is better....This week has been a bear. Teachers have been calling out left and right. The kids are off the wall. I'm hoping today is better because it's been raining so we'll probably be in side.
Other then that nothing exciting here.

Enjoy your day off, Ann... :) I can't believe your ds is going to be 17 already! 8o I can't remember how old he was when you first started posting here... but I know he was awfully little. LOL How time flies... Anything special planned for his birthday?
Funny thing... I didn't have to talk to the director. She talked to me. She knows where I want to be and that's where I am going to be. :tinysmile I guess if something comes up I will go to another room to help out, but I'm with the babies. :D Today is the first time I actually talked to her more than 1 or 2 sentences and she seems like a nice lady. (She was on vacation when I started working.)
Good Luck Ann!

Great news Jen..... Glad you are getting to be with the little ones you wanted so much.
Well, yesterdays energy zap has ended... today I felt extreamly lazy. Did what I HAD to do and thats about it. Spent most of the day playing with the little ones. I work at the school tomorrow, so better get some of that energy back. (Going with the GR 2 & 3 to a Pioneer Village... outdoors.... better dress warm.. calling for more snow..yuck)
Survivor night, but can't say I'm all that hyped up for it.. I find this season kind of boring.
