What are your favorite family board games?

Dd LOVES Life.... Parchesi.... we used to play Clue every Christmas Day.... Sorry..... those are the most frequently played ones here.

Growing up was a lot of small games like Dice and Uno. A ton of card games. We played pinocle a lot. Monopoly, checkers, my brothers liked Life. Connect 4, Twister, Battleship, Rebound and Backgammon.

Mainly Life and Monopoly, can't forget about Scrabble... :) and checkers. We use to play a lot of Tripoly, Pachisi. Clue, Yahtzee, Bingo... Concentration, Chutes and Ladders, Domino's... :)

ds has just discovered Trivial Persuit so have been playing with him a bit.
dd#1 has always enjoyed Life, Battleship, Pictionary, Mad Gab, Double Series
the girls are just getting into board games but enjoy Trouble, Chutes and Ladders, Operation, Kerplunk (not really a board, but family game)
We all play several card games as well.... Uno, Phase 10, SkipBo, etc...

SkipBo and Blink are fav card games.

Oldest ds wants Apples to Apples Jr for Christmas.

Ours is yatzee...but growing up it was monopoly or clue. I like scrabble but dbf hates it....(I always win).

My dks are finally into Scatergories (sp? ). They like Monopoly (have a few different ones), Clue and Life. We mostly play card games though.
