Went back to bed after getting ds1 out the door. Slept in too long and now ds2 is very late. Called the school and said he will be in during next recess. He would have been late anyhow, he was sitting there with a nosebleed. Sometimes they go away fast but there have been times it takes a while to make it stop.
Girlfriend called to say she was coming over for coffee but I was understanding we were meeting up this afternoon after I took ds3 to school. lol
Ds3 slept better, he had a nap at dinner time last night, slept a couple of hours and then all night. Found him on his belly in the wee hours, I think he sleeps better and without coughing much on his belly so from now on when he coughs a lot in his sleep, I will try to flip him over. I feel more rested than I have in a while.
Hope you all have a good day :)

I haven't gotten all of my groceries for Thanksgiving yet either, Renee... I'm trying to find something different to add to my menu... just haven't found what that is going to be yet. LOL

Getting Sarah at 10:00... I guess I'll only have her for a few hours. I'm hoping she's feeling better today, it's so hard to see when she's so sick. Shelly's coming on later. She wants to try her wedding dress on with her shoes and all her jewelry on to see how she looks. She's also trying to decide how to wear her hair... up/down, so were going to try it both ways to see what she likes best. I've still got to find a dress... my mom/I went to a few places yesterday but didn't see anything close to what we wanted. :) We've still got plenty of time but I don't want to wait until the last minute either. :(

Not much else... Hope you all have a good day!

Think I finally got my peapod order done for thanksgiving. waited to today cause the new sale started today....Atleast I won't have to trudge around the store for the major stuff. Just whatever last minute stuff I forgot.

Love peapod for that.

Spent the morning getting some stuff listed on Ebay and now I need to get lunch ready for dd. I also need to run a few errands, but think they may get pushed back since she'll be ready for her nap soon. May bake cookies while she's sleeping...or just join her. :tinysmile

We just got done baking cookies... (chocolate chip) and will be trying to feed Sarah soon. She seems much better, just hope she'll be able to eat and keep what she does eat down. :)

Dh came home with the flu... and of course he's got it sooo much worse than I did. LOL He's all snuggled in bed... am hoping he'll get over it as quick as I did. Were suppose to go to Shelly's fiancee's swearing in ceremony tonight. If he can't go I just may go myself with Shelly. We'll see...

What a day........ LOL

Got home a few minutes ago, as I skipped out on the meeting tonight. (Not sure how that will go over) Work today wasn't too bad considering I was with K-6th graders all day and I didn't know any of the rules or what was going on. I'm pretty good about going with the flow and by the end of the day knew quite a few of the kids names. I think there were close to 100 kids there. I ate my lunch in my car and even took a quick power nap on my lunch break. I've only been to that base 3 times and I wasn't just driving around so I have no idea what's there. Around 3 I started getting a massive headache that wouldn't quit. I got off at 5 and the meeting was at 6:30. I took some motrin when I got to my car, but wasn't sure it would go way or not and driving was making it worse. I just decided to come home and skip the meeting. I'm getting ready to crawl in bed now. The headache is better. I'm going to call tomorrow to make an appt with the dr about these headaches. I got them several times when I was filling out job applications and they lasted a few days. This is the second one I have had in 8 days and they hurt so bad. I'm sure they are stress related, but I want them to go away. I don't know if I should call my work in the morning and tell them why I wasn't at the meeting or just wait until I go back on Monday. What do you think?

Renee- I haven't finished all my shopping yet either.
Diane- Hope Sarah is feeling better.

Just finding a moment to stumble by tonight...
Worked at the school this morning until noon. Then home, started packing to take the troop to Mississauga (just outside Toronto) for the weekend to BIL's. We are taking everyone to the Santa Claus Parade on Toronto on Sunday. Should be fun. Taking dd#1 out of school for the day and the rest have a pd day, so going to make an early start of it. Hope the weather is better than today. Forget raining cats and dogs.... more like elephants and rhinos. Roads flooded all over the place and calling for more tomorrow.

Dh, ds, bil and his two boys are all going to the Leaf's game Sat. night. ds is so excited. Keeps reminding me to have his Jersey washed so he can wear it to the game. It's been washed since Sat. but he is paranoid he might not have it. Hoping a couple of the SIL's and I can hit a couple of the malls while we are there. Need to find a couple gifts that are hard to pick up when unless you drive almost an hour the biggest store you are going to find is Wal-mart.

The radio station I regularly listen to is now playing nothing but Christmas music. Uhm... sorry, but I'm not quite ready for Christmas music just yet, so I guess they lost a listener, at least until it's closer to Christmas and I'm ready to hear Christmas music. It really is ridiculous just how early they try to cram Christmas down out throats.

I'm actually surprised we haven't seen any Christmas tree's up yet. 8o My mom was saying that she saw some real tree's being delivered to our Menard’s store this afternoon, so I don't suppose it will be too long before we see a few. There are a lot of houses all lit up/decorated already.

I love it too Karla, but I find when it starts too early... I'm almost sick of it by the time Christmas is here. LOL

Hummm... I replied to this last night, but it disappeared.
Anyway, maybe I'm ready to move on since my fall decor has been out since before Halloween. LOL

I do love this time of year - I can't wait to watch til Thursday when I can stay in my jammies, watch the Macy's parade and then EAT! Of course, it'd be nice if we knew WHERE we were going eat....

I've seen outdoor Christmas lights on already and I guess that did have me  . I also thought Christmas stuff was out much sooner at store this year, but then again I also feel like Thanksgiving has snuck up on me this year so maybe my timing is just off. ;)
